Passage

The steamer Hermann, Captain Geo. W. Johnson, left San Francisco Dec 22d at 2 a.m.; Jan 8th, arrived at Panama, and learned that the steamer America was waiting at Aspinwall, with her passengers on board. Jan 9th, our passengers crossed the Isthmus, and went to sea in the America, in company with the steamer Champion (with the Sonora's passengers) and the gunboat Augusta. The passengers from New York crossed on the same day, and were immediately embarked on board the Hermann; Jan. 14th, left, and arrived at San Francisco on the 29th.
